A basic in every camp cutlery set, the Alpha Light Knife uses durable, hard anodized aluminum combined with a sleek yet strong shape to create an extremely lightweight utensil.

By hard anodizing the aluminum it forms a kind of ‘exoskeleton’ or shell. This encapsulates the aluminum, so theres no risk of the alloy leaching into food. Its traditional size and shape also brings a little bit of home with you wherever you need it.
